Individual sessions cost $155, and couples sessions cost $225. We are in-network for most BCBS PPO plans. We are able to provide a statement to your insurance company, should you be out-of-network. In addition, we see a number of our clients on a sliding scale based on financial need. Please inquire directly about this option.

Depending on individual needs, therapy can range from just a few sessions (for clarity around a specific decision) to longer-term (for deeper processing and healing). The therapists and client collaborate to determine the best course of action.
