Source Therapy Chicago is a collective of independent therapists who use integrative psychodynamic and mindfulness-based forms of counseling. With an inclusive lens, Source therapists help individuals connect to what they most value, enabling change through growing awareness. Through Source’s partnership programs, we collaborate with mental health and nonprofit organizations to create a more unified community.
We are rooted in a firm commitment to reducing inequities in access to mental health resources, and many of our clients receive sliding scale fees based on need.
Source Therapy Chicago offers different forms of psychotherapy, all of which foster insight and self-agency. We offer several types of therapy to suit the varied needs of our clients, including Psychodynamic, Integrative, Mind-Body, Trauma-Informed, Multicultural & LGBTQIA+, Couples Counseling, DBT, and ACT.
